Welcome

My name is Ruoyu Chen. I am an Assistant Professor in Economics at the University of Windsor. I hold a Ph.D. in Economics from the George Washington University.

My areas of specialization are Environmental and Energy Economics, Urban Economics, and Development Economics.

My research focuses on advancing the understanding of the effectiveness of market mechanisms, such as carbon trading, in achieving greenhouse gas emission reductions and renewable energy adoption.
